José-Manuel Villanueva, Designer
Born and raised in Spain, José-Manuel Villanueva has been an artist since he was little. In 2001, after winning the First Prize in a poster design contest organized by the Council of Barcelona, his native city, he moved to New York to perfect his craft. His fine designs are the result of a classic Mediterranean style that's been infused with the New York multicultural experience. He's currently completing a BFA in Multimedia Graphic Design at the City College of New York, while developing various corporate image projects.


Steven Olson, Wine Geek
Wine & spirits educator Steven Olson, aka wine geek, is dedicated to the education and consultation of degustation for appreciation and celebration. He lives to share his contagious enthusiasm for wine, beer, spirits, sake, and food, and his mission is to make the tasting process fun, with a focus on the cause and effect relationship of food and beverage. Olson’s innovative educational techniques have been shared with consumers and the trade around the globe through video, TV and the written word. In addition, he is responsible for the design and implementation of the beverage programs, service systems, and staff training at restaurants across the country.
